What you’re buying
A single personalised digital experience, hosted by us and reachable at a private link for one year from the day it’s created. It is a digital product — there’s nothing to post and nothing to install.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us permission to store and display it for the purpose of building and hosting your Dearly, and nothing else.
By uploading, you confirm that:
- the photos are yours to share, and
- the people in them would be comfortable being in a private message like this.
What isn’t allowed
Dearly is for sending something kind. We’ll remove anything used to harass, threaten, impersonate or sexualise someone, anything involving a minor inappropriately, and anything unlawful — without a refund, and we’ll cooperate with the authorities where we must.
Availability
We work hard to keep every link live, but we can’t promise uninterrupted service. If your Dearly is unavailable for a meaningful stretch of time, tell us and we’ll make it right.
Changes
If these terms change we’ll update this page. Changes apply to orders placed after the update.
